My stomach is in knots as I head out to meet the bride at the hotel, where she and her friends are getting ready.
I'm feeling weak and very nervous. This was going to be my 1st FULL COVERAGE wedding. I'm doubting myself and my photography skills. I know I'm not a (know it all) but I usually like to think I'm pretty good. But I can't shake the nerves this day.
I get into the hotel, before the bride arrives, so that I can get some shots of the dress (etc).
I finish up getting my dress shots, and the bride arrives. I feel a little more confident at this point. I'm feeling a bit more comfortable and not so crazy. I get started photographing her and the girls getting ready. She was a blast to hang with. No bridezilla! She had her coffee :)
Moving on to the final shots... She put the dress on, and that's when my confidence went through the roof. The lighting in the room was perfect, the windows were big, she was gorgeous. "I got this!" I kept thinking.
